Here, at ShopSense, we are working hard however due to the ongoing situation, there can be delays in dispatching orders – please do allow us additional time.
We are in daily contact with our delivery / courier partners and network to ensure that deliveries will be made as normal however there can be delays due to a reduced workforce. Please do allow additional time.

Who Do You Use For Delivery / Shipping?
We may use different shipping providers from time to time but at the moment, our main courier partner is APC and we also use Royal Mail.
At ShopSense, we work hard to make sure your orders are sent as quickly as possible and we are in daily contact with our delivery network.
This is to make sure that services are operating as normal, despite the reduced workforces around the UK and at the moment, we do ask you to allow additional time for deliveries.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Orders can be tracked once they have been “completed” by our team and scheduled for collection from us. Please see our “How We Work” page.
Track with APC
Most of our orders are sent with our courier partner, APC. You can track your parcel by clicking https://www.apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking
Add your consignment number and postcode and you’ll be able to see and track your deliveries in real-time.
Text /E-Mail Alerts: You will have to add / provide your mobile number and email on your order. This will allow APC to send you a text alert and / or email within the 2-hour delivery window.
(Please check junk folders – sometimes, emails can end up there.)
Track with Royal Mail
If an order has been sent with Royal Mail, please contact us and we will be able to send you your tracking number.
Do You Have Different Shipping Options?
We do have different shipping options available and we will be adding more options for customers.
(Select shipping option prior to checkout – standard fee on orders under £50)
Flat Rate (3-7 Working Day Dispatch)
This is our standard shipping fee which is automatically added to orders under £50.
Express Shipping (1-2 Working Day Dispatch)
Express shipping is priced at £7.99 – this is our express option and orders are sent using APC. Orders are normally delivered overnight, depending on the location within the UK.
When you select the express shipping option, the team normally gets your order wrapped, packed and sent within 24-48 hours.
Orders are sent Monday to Thursday – we don’t send orders on the weekend. (We don’t want your orders to be sat in depots over the weekend).
Please note: Dispatch days are working days. This excludes weekends, bank holidays and holidays.
