We are working hard to make sure you get your orders as quickly as possible.
Our current dispatch time is a minimum of 3-7 working days due to the holidays and time of year where delays are expected.
Our regular dispatch time is 3-5 working days – this excludes weekends.
Due to the ongoing situation, there can still be delays in dispatching orders – please do allow us additional time.
We are in daily contact with our delivery / courier partners. Please note that there can still be delays in areas across the UK due to reduced work forces. Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed.

Who Do You Use For Delivery / Shipping?
We use Royal Mail for sending your orders and this is normally within 2-3 working days delivery processing*.
Orders sent via Royal Mail are tracked with information being sent to you, the customer, for updates on your delivery.
We use DPD, one of our courier partners (amongst others) who offer a timed delivery window service via SMS and E-Mail notifications.
*Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed within timeframes. Delivery times can be longer depending on your location within the UK. As you can imagine, once we complete your order and hand it over to our courier and delivery partners, there can be unexpected delays but we do monitor orders and we are happy to help with any questions or queries.
We do ask you to allow for additional time for deliveries to be made due to reduced workforces across the UK.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Orders can be tracked once they have been “completed” by our team and scheduled for collection from us. Please see our “How We Work” page.
Track with Royal Mail
If an order is sent with Royal Mail, you should receive delivery notifications via SMS and E-Mail however if you don’t, please contact us and we will be able to send you your tracking number.

Do You Have Different Shipping Options?
We have different shipping options available and we will be adding more options for you, our customers.
(Select your shipping option prior to checking out – standard fee on orders £50 or under.)
Flat Rate – £6.99
(3-7 Working Day Dispatch)
This is our standard shipping fee which is automatically added to orders that are £50 or under.
Express Shipping – £9.99
(1-2 Working Day Dispatch)
Express shipping. This is our express option and orders are sent using our courier with orders normally being delivered overnight, depending on the location within the UK.
When you select the Express Shipping option, the team normally gets your order wrapped, packed and completed within 24-48 hours.
Orders are sent Monday to Thursday – we don’t send orders on the weekend as we don’t want your orders to be sat in depots over the weekend.
