We are working hard to make sure you get your orders as quickly as possible.
Our current dispatch time is a minimum of 2 weeks due to our stocktake and website updates.
Our regular dispatch time is 3-7 working days – this excludes weekends.
Due to the ongoing situation, there can still be delays in dispatching orders – please do allow us additional time.
We are in daily contact with our delivery / courier partners. Please note that there can still be delays in areas across the UK due to reduced work forces. Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed.

Who Do You Use For Delivery / Shipping?
Our main courier partner is APC who offer an overnight delivery service* and also provide you with a timed delivery window via SMS and E-Mail.
We may use different shipping provided from time to time however our main courier partner is APC, providing you with a timed-delivery window – via SMS and E-Mail.
We also use Royal Mail for sending your orders and this is normally with 2-3 working day delivery processing*.
Another one of our courier partners is DPD who offer a timed delivery window via SMS and E-Mail.
*Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed within timeframes. Delivery times can be longer depending on your location within the UK. As you can imagine, once we complete your order and hand it over to our courier and delivery partners, there can be unexpected delays but we do monitor orders and we are happy to help with any questions or queries.
We do ask you to allow for additional time for deliveries to be made due to reduced workforces across the UK.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Orders can be tracked once they have been “completed” by our team and scheduled for collection from us. Please see our “How We Work” page.
Track with APC
Most of our orders are sent with our courier partner, APC. You can track your parcel by clicking https://www.apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking
Add your consignment number and postcode and you’ll be able to see and track your deliveries in real-time.
SMS /E-Mail Alerts: You will have to add or provide your mobile number and email on your order. This will allow APC to send you an SMS alert and / or E-Mail within the 2-hour delivery window.
(Please check junk folders – sometimes, E-Mails can end up there.)
Track with Royal Mail
If an order has been sent with Royal Mail, please contact us and we will be able to send you your tracking number.

Do You Have Different Shipping Options?
We have different shipping options available and we will be adding more options for you, our customers.
(Select your shipping option prior to checking out – standard fee on orders £50 or under.)
Flat Rate – £4.99
(3-7 Working Day Dispatch)
This is our standard shipping fee which is automatically added to orders that are £50 or under.
Express Shipping – £7.99
(1-2 Working Day Dispatch)
Express shipping is £7.99. This is our express option and orders are sent using APC with orders normally being delivered overnight, depending on the location within the UK.
When you select the Express Shipping option, the team normally gets your order wrapped, packed and completed within 24-48 hours.
Orders are sent Monday to Thursday – we don’t send orders on the weekend as we don’t want your orders to be sat in depots over the weekend.
