About our Products
How Do I Use Wax Melts?
Our wax melts are suitable for both tea light wax melt burners and electric wax warmers. We don’t advise using our wax melts in an oil burner as the flame tends to be too close to the dish – overheating the wax.
Original Wax Melts
We recommend breaking or cutting these into smaller pieces – adding a piece to your wax burner until you know how much is suitable for your burner.
Segment Wax Melts
Our segment wax melts are convenient with the chunks being able to be broken off as they come out of the packaging. We recommend adding 1 piece to your wax burner, again, checking to see how much is suitable for your burner.
Please don’t overfill your wax warmer.
Wax Snap Bar
Similar to our segment wax melts, our wax snap bars are convenient. Simply break off a piece and add to your burner. (We have two wax snap bar designs which are selected at random by the packing team.)
For our wax brittle, we recommend using generous pieces and adding to your wax warmer.
What Are Wax Melts Made From?
Our wax melts are made using high-quality soy wax which is biodegradable, along with vegan friendly and cruelty free fragrance oils, dyes and glitter.
Segment Wax Melts
Just like above, we use the finest, high-quality ingredients in our segment wax melts with the addition of mica powder for a beautiful wax pool!
Soy Wax comes from the soy bean and this means it’s a 100% natural wax. The best part of all – it’s biodegradable and vegan friendly!
How Do I Change / Clean The Wax?
It’s quite simple to clean your wax burner and we’ve got our go-to tips below!
Traditional Wax Burner – Add a tea light candle underneath the dish / bowl and wait for around 20-40 seconds. Gently press on either side of the wax and it should come out of the dish / bowl.
Electric Burner: Switch on your wax warmer and wait for the wax to soften slightly so you can push the edges and remove the wax from the dish / bowl.
You can also let the wax melt completely, adding cotton pads to the dish / bowl which will soak up all the melted wax.
Please do not pour wax down the sink, drain or toilet.
How Do I Use Scented Sizzlers?
Our scented sizzlers are suitable for both tea light wax melt burners and electric wax warmers. We don’t advise using sizzlers in an oil burner as the flame tends to be too close to the dish.
A great alternative to wax melts, all you need to do is add 2-3 teaspoons of granules to your wax burner which will produce a lovely, room-filling fragrance.
Our sizzlers are made using a unique blend of salts for a lovely fragrance.
Sizzlers will lose their colour but you can re-use them until there’s no fragrance left. Please note, sizzlers do NOT melt.
To discard, once cooled, simply empty into the bin and move on to another fragrance.
Our carpet powders are made with the finest ingredients which are pet-friendly however we do recommend keeping pets (and children) away as the carpet powder settles.
Although it is completely safe to use, every pet is different.
We use pure food grade sodium bicarbonate which is perfect for helping to clean and freshen the carpets and rugs in your home, helping to remove bad odours and keeping your home smell fresh and clean.
How Do I Store Products?
We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place – away from any sunlight for best results.
Our tamper evident pots are stackable, you can stack the pots upright.
We spend a lot of time developing all of our products and all of the fragrances that we use in our products have been carefully selected and sourced. All our fragrances are fully compliant with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) regulations. The fragrances that we use in our products are cruelty free, suitable for vegans/vegetarians, paraben free and not tested on animals.
All our fragrance oils have been tested over time through our product development process to ensure high quality – before being used and turned into products for our lovely customers to enjoy.
Essential Oils – The reason why we don’t use essential oils in our products is because they have been linked to being unsafe around some pets. Instead, we use high quality synthetic fragrances which create a beautiful aroma for your home and are safe – as long as they are not consumed.
On all our products, you will be able to see the required CLP information and details as per the legislations and regulations.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
At the moment, we accept payments through PayPal.
You can pay through PayPal using your debit or credit card and this includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
Remember – you don’t need to have a PayPal account.
Product Process & Delivery
All our products are made with care and love and we test all our products and new batches – this includes our wax products and scented sizzlers to ensure that you, our customers, get a lovely, room-filling fragrance.

Wholesale Product Process
Wholesale orders can take slightly longer to dispatch as we do need to make additional items / products for your order.
All products and new batches are tested, prior to dispatch, to ensure a lovely, room-filling fragrance and great quality.
What Delivery Options Do You Offer?
We work closely with our delivery / courier partners, mainly APC, Royal Mail and DPD.
Please note that due to the ongoing situation and especially over the holidays and busy periods, there can be delays so please do allow additional time. Please see our “Delivery” page for more information.
Our shipping options are listed below, depending on the order amount, you need to select the shipping option prior to checking out.
Customers and Representative Shipping
-Standard Rate – £4.99
-Orders £50 or over – FREE
-Express Shipping – £7.99
If you choose the express shipping option, your order moves to the top of the list and is processed quicker.
Wholesale delivery – £15.00
We do offer international delivery, please get in touch to let us know which country you would like the items to be sent to and from there, we will be able to help.

How Is My Order Processed?
Once you’ve placed your order, the status will be showing up as “processing” on your account. Take a look at the process of your order below.
Processing – This means that your order has been received by us and is being looked after by the packing team.
Completed – Your order has been packed, wrapped and sealed by the packing team – but hasn’t left us just yet. It’s being booked for collection with our courier / delivery partners.
From there, we will schedule orders for collection and delivery with either APC, Royal Mail or DPD.
E-Mail / SMS Notification – You should receive an email notification and / or text about your delivery, once orders have been scheduled but you can get in touch and we can provide tracking details.
Wholesale MOQ & Pricing
Our Minimum Order Quantity for wholesale products is £100 – at wholesale pricing.
Once logged in to your wholesale account, click “View Cart” – here, you’ll see a gold / yellow bar at the top of the page displaying how much is needed for wholesale pricing to be activated.
Delivery for wholesale orders is £15.00
Please Note: We do NOT accept representative codes being used on wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are separate to representative orders.
Wholesale Product Process
All our products are handmade (with care and love) and with wholesale orders, additional items / products are made additionally for your order.
We test all our products and new batches – this includes all wax products and sizzlers to ensure you get a lovely, room-filling fragrance.
What Delivery Options Do You Offer?
Wholesale orders are normally sent via our courier, currently APC and are marked as ‘Fragile’ so that they are handled carefully during transit.
Most courier orders are on an overnight delivery service however this depends on the location items are being delivered to.
Please note that due to the ongoing situation and especially over holidays and busy periods, there can be delays. Please do allow additional time.
Wholesale delivery is £15.00
We have a wonderful group of representatives working with us and we receive many requests daily.
If you’d like to join us as a representative, please get in touch and we will be happy to help you – just let us know the following details.
- Your Name.
- How you would be looking to sell products – Would it be through social media, friends and family, website etc…
We will then go through details with you, setting up a unique representative code which is used by the representative on the website, when placing orders.
The code is added to the coupon / code area, prior to checking out.
Please note – If no code is added to your order, no commission can be processed as everything is done through our system.
We do recommend checking each order prior to checking out to make sure everything has been added correctly. You have time to check your order before you checkout to make sure the code has been added. 🙂
Commission is 20% on orders and this excludes delivery.
We do not accept representative codes being added to wholesale orders and we do not accept representative codes being added to the ‘notes’ of an order. Your code needs to be added to the coupon / code area prior to checkout otherwise commission cannot be processed. (See our terms and conditions).
