What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

At the moment, we accept payments through PayPal however you can pay through PayPal using your debit or credit card and this includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

You don’t need to have a PayPal account.

What Delivery Options Do You Offer?

All parcels and orders are sent using Royal Mail – with a tracking code.

Orders under £20 – £3.00 delivery charge

Orders £20 or over – Free Postage

We send our orders using Royal Mail.

Do I Get An Order Confirmation?

Yes! Once you place your order, you should receive an email with your order confirmation.

Can I Track My Order?

Here at ShopSense, we do our best to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Order before 3pm and it’s sent the same day!
As soon as your order is on the way, we’ll send you an email to let you know!
Help! What Happens If I’m Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered?

Don’t worry!

A delivery note will be left telling you to collect your parcel – normally at your local Post Office.

Are There Additional Custom and Import Charges?

Custom or import charges aren’t applicable here in the UK.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over what the charges are – custom or import charges are made once the parcel has arrived in the country and the amount varies from country to country.

We recommend checking what the charges will be prior to placing an order.
