Can I Get Advice On using Products?

Strong Scented Wax Melts
Original Wax Melts – We recommend breaking or cutting our wax melts into smaller pieces, adding a chunk or two to your wax burner or electric wax warmer.
Segment Wax Melts – Convenient and easy-to-use. They come in 6-cell segment pots that allow you to break off a chunk or two for you to add to your wax burner.
Snap Bars – Easy-to-use. These are fun, colourful and you can easily break off a piece or two, adding them to your wax burner or electric wax warmer and letting the lovely aroma fill the space.
Brittle – Our Wax Brittle is easy to use and already broken into chunks. These are beautifully presented and come in packs that are wrapped with ribbon making them great for gifts and treats for friends and family.
What Is Soy Wax?
Through our research and development, we use our unique blend of soy wax. This comes from the soy bean and means it is a 100% natural wax.
The best part of all, we use a biodegradable wax that is vegan friendly and cruelty free.
How Do I Change Or Clean The Wax?
Traditional Tea Light Burner – Add a tea light candle underneath the dish or bowl and wait for 20-40 seconds. Gently press on either side of the wax and this should release the wax so you can pop it in the bin.
Electric Wax Warmer – Switch on your wax warmer and wait for the wax to soften within the dish, allowing you to remove the wax.
Alternatively – Use our Wax Melt Liners. Place them inside the dish or bowl and they will keep your dish clean, allowing you to easily switch scents.
How Do I Use Scented Sizzlers?
Also known as simmering granules, they are an alternative to wax melts and they’re incredibly easy to use.
Suitable for use with both tealight candle burners and electric wax warmers. You simply add the scented sizzlers to your dish or bowl and let the lovely aroma and fragrance fill the space.
Our scented sizzlers are unique and considered to be the best on the market due to our unique blend of ingredients.
Always remember, sizzlers will lose their colour or fade. This is completely normal and you can continue using them, time and time again, until there is no fragrance being released.
Carpet Freshener – How To Use
Our carpet fresheners are made using our blend of kind, quality ingredients.
We use our premium blend of ingredients along with food-grade sodium bicarbonate to help clean and freshen your carpets and rugs as you clean. The properties within the blend of ingredients also helps to remove bad odours.
Whilst the carpet freshener is safe to use, as it settles into the space, we recommend keeping pets and children away.
All our products are vegan friendly and animal cruelty free.
How Do I Store Products?
All our products are suitable to be stored away.
Using a range of packaging which you can stack away or reseal. Please ensure all products are stored away, upright, out of direct sunlight and somewhere dry.
Fragrances
We spend a lot of time within research and development and this includes for the fragrances that we use.
All our scents are carefully sourced and selected, using a fantastic range. All our fragrances are fully compliant with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) regulations.
The fragrances that we use in our products are cruelty free, suitable for vegans/vegetarians, paraben free and not tested on animals.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept payment through PayPal and this includes options such as using your debit or credit card. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
You do not need a PayPal account. Please use the guest option or continue without a PayPal account.

Wholesale Product Process
For Wholesale Orders, they can take slightly longer to dispatch as items are made for your order to ensure top quality and fragrance.
All products and new batches are tested prior to dispatch and this is to make sure we provide you with quality products and fragrances.
Website Information For Orders
Processing – Once an order has been placed, you will see your order marked as processed. This means that your order has been received by us and is being looked after by the packing team.
Completed – Your order has been packed, wrapped and sealed by the packing team. It hasn’t left us just yet, it’s being booked in for collection with our delivery partners.
E-Mail and SMS Notifications – You should receive updates about your orders via E-Mail and SMS. Once orders have been scheduled, you will get updates. Please also check your spam folder of e-mails but for any questions, you can get in touch with our team as we monitor all orders.
Wholesale Pricing and Minimum Orders
You will need a wholesale account to access our wholesale products and pricing.
The minimum order for wholesale is £100.
Once logged in to your wholesale account, you will see a gold or yellow bar at the top of the page and this displays how much is needed for wholesale pricing to be activated.
Delivery for wholesale is a set fee of £15 within the UK.
We do not accept representative codes being used on wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are separate to representative orders.
All our wholesale products and orders are made additionally for your order hence taking slightly longer to dispatch.

Do You Have Representatives?
Yes, we work with representatives across the UK. If you’d like to join us and work from home or in your own time for a additional income, please visit our Representative page.
You can also get in touch and let us know the following.

From there, we will go through all the details with you and set up a unique representative code for you.
If no commission code is placed on your order, no commission can be processed.
Please check every order, prior to checking out and making a payment.
Commission is 20% on orders, this excludes delivery.
